Bananas Foster Station

In 1951, Chef Paul created Bananas Foster. The scrumptious dessert was named for Richard Foster, who, as chairman, served on the New Orleans Crime Commission, a civic effort to clean up the French Quarter. Bananas Foster features sauteed Bananas, Banana Liqueur, Brown Sugar, Butter and Ground Cinnamon served over Vanilla Ice Cream in a dramatic fiery style. The perfect way to end your elegant event.
