3 Tier Chocolate Fountain

what do you think of these food ideas for a wedding?

I’m thinking of doing a tea bar and a ‘build your own’ soup table. Also, for entree they’ll have their choice of either sesame ginger shrimp kebabs, mini eggplant asparagus & onion quiches, or curried couscous stuffed peppers. Also, a traditional thing in my family is to have a (short) baumkuchen(tree cake) at every table with honey yoghurt dipping sauce.
So, my question is…
1. does all this sound good/ok together?
2. Does it sound like enough?(too much? too little?)
3. Does it seem to have a ‘theme’? If so, what theme does it seem like?
and 4. what side dishes would go with this?(or maybe is the soup & tea enough?)
