Is a dessert only wedding considered ‘cheap’?
I’m not having a church wedding, I plan to have a little party after (I get registered) with a band and a DJ, out by lake where a my family pastor will have a small blessing for us followed by a toast.
I want to serve about 25 different cakes, puddings and desserts along with a Chocolate Fountain, ice cream bar and serve wine and maybe have a keg. I also want to get a cotton candy machine, pony rides and a waffle station with different toppings (including only two savory toppings) it will be a small intimate but fun gathering with music in to the night…. will people think I’m being cheap? (although I’m spending about the same as the desserts are very expensive and not all from the same place i.e. not catered but from different places that we like)
woah that sounds good, i would definently come to your wedding hahahah. who cares if people think you’re cheap? it’s your wedding you can do whatever you want. you can serve take out chineese and no one could say anything about it
