How long can I operate a Chocolate Fountain.?
I am about to have a party and I am wondering if I should wait till the last minute to start the fountain (make the chocolate) or if I can start it an hour ahead and let it run for 3 – 4 hours?
DEFIANTLY
Do this well ahead of time, this may sound kind of gross but the fountains I have seen used are usually a mixture of oil and favorite $ chocolate. Melt it down and add it, don’t add water what ever you do. Also make sure you have a large container to poor the chocolate into immediately when the fountain is shut off, forget this and you will be sorry.
