what kind of chocolate do you purchase to put in a Rival Fountain?

There is Fountain Chocolate that you can buy at the craft or party stores… it comes in chips so it melts easier. If you have the book from the fountain it may reccommend a certain brand. They may also have it at Target or Walmart — sometimes in the cake aisle or sometimes in the wedding area. Also don’t get too worried if it doesn’t seem to be working at first – the whole machine has to heat up before it really starts flowing and I have found that if you add some and let it start melting and then add more it seems to do better….
