Chocolate for a Chocolate Fountain: what brands do you prefer? Which ones actually taste good?
Simple melting chocolates like at a craft store work the best and are specifically set up for these fountains.
In my opinion, having co-owned a small chocolate truffle factory, Callibou is hands down the best you can get. But it is VERY expensive.
Dove chocolate is a wonderful creamy “over the counter” brand.
YOu need to check that you can put regular chocolate in the fountain first…some of them only allow the melting chocolates.
